Can I advertise at your cinema grill?

Can I rent a theater for a private event or meeting?

How old do I have to be to attend a film at Majestic without an adult?

We welcome teenage guests to enjoy movies at Majestic. Guests 13 and older may attend without an adult, though only guests 17 and older will be allowed in R-rated features.

How old do I have to be to attend a film at Majestic?

Guests 17 & older may attend any feature.

Guests 13 to 16 years old may attend G, PG & PG-13 features without an adult.

All guests 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests of all ages are welcome to attend any feature in the Family Programming category of Curated Cinema. To view these features, click here.

All theater guests must have an admission ticket.

How does Service at Your Seat work?

When you arrive to Majestic, you’ll be directed to the auditorium for your film. Find your row and seat number, and settle in for your movie. One of our servers will greet you and take your food and drink order. 
 
Allow your server to keep your credit card on file during your visit to reduce interruptions during your film. If you need a refill or wish to place a new order, raise an order card to get the attention of your  server. We’ll come to you, so you never miss another movie minute! 
 
Want to eat before or after the show, or have a meal without a movie? Our full menu is always available at the lobby bar. No ticket required!

Do you have traditional concessions?

Majestic is your neighborhood cinema grill. While we feature all the traditional movie snacks you love, like popcorn, soda, candy and Icee, we also offer a complete bar and grill menu with culinary creations exclusive to Majestic. You’ll have a server assigned to your seat, and every menu item you order is brought directly to you during your film. Never miss another movie minute!

What should I do if a guest is using a phone or being loud or disruptive?

If a nearby guest is disruptive in your auditorium, please raise an order card for assistance from your server.

Am I allowed to use my smart phone during a film?

At Majestic, we practice good movie manners. Once the lights go down, we ask guests to turn off cell phones and voices.

What time should I arrive for my film?

Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime to find your seat, get comfortable, review our menu, and order from your server. As part of our “Movie Manners” policies, once the lights go down, no late arrivals are allowed.

Is there a convenience fee to reserve seats online?

Because online seat reservations provide our guests with the best selection, there is a $1.25 convenience fee per ticket.

Can I buy seats at your cinema or only online?

Because guests reserve their Majestic seats based on personal preference - theater row, recliner or rocker, center or aisle - we strongly recommend reserving seats in advance to have the best selection. Seats can be purchased via the Majestic app or on our website. However, our lobby concierge can always help you select your seat when you arrive to Majestic.

How do I sign up for Crown Loyal?

What information do you collect from me to become a Crown Loyal member?

We request your first and last name, a valid email address, a mobile number, your birth date, and your zip code. Your birth date is requested so we can confirm you are at least 13 years old and also send your birthday ticket reward. Your email address and mobile number are used to communicate rewards, special offers, and news from Majestic. Your mobile number is also used to ensure you earn points when you purchase tickets from our box office. Your most frequented location and zip code help us learn more about how far our Crown Loyal members are willing to travel to visit Majestic.

How do you use the information you collected from me when I joined Crown Loyal?

Your information is used specifically to provide you with rewards, special offers and Majestic news. We will never sell your information to a third party. Please review our privacy policy for more detail.

Does it cost anything to join Crown Loyal?

Crown Loyal is 100% free to join. All members receive one free order of popcorn for signing up and completing profile registration. All members also get a free movie ticket on their birthday.

How do I earn points in Crown Loyal?

It’s simple! You earn one point for every movie ticket purchased at our box office, at MajesticPHX.com, or on the Majestic PHX Cinema Grill app. You must be logged into your account using your email address to earn points for website or app purchases. You can earn points for box office purchases by sharing the phone number associated with your account with the lobby concierge when you purchase your tickets. Your points will be added to your account within 24-48 hours after your showtime has passed. Only accounts with verified email addresses will be eligible to earn points. If you were not logged into your account or provided your loyalty phone number at the time of purchase, then points cannot be added to your loyalty account.

What types of rewards do I receive with Crown Loyal?

You will receive rewards in the form of movie and food and beverage vouchers as you earn points for movie tickets purchased. Each time you move up a loyalty tier, you’ll be granted a new reward. We’ll also surprise you with special offers and discounts on food and beverage. Every year on your birthday, you’ll receive a free movie ticket to celebrate. How do I receive credit in my Crown Loyal account for tickets purchased?

When you are logged into your loyalty account and purchase tickets on the Majestic PHX Cinema Grill app or at www.MajesticPHX.com, you will receive 1 point for every ticket purchased. You will also receive 1 point for any ticket purchased at the theater box office by providing the lobby concierge with the phone number associated with your account. These points will be added to your Crown Loyal account within 24-48 hours after your showtime has passed and will accumulate to earn you special rewards. Remember: You must verify your email address to earn points. The Welcome message you received in your inbox provided instructions on how to verify your email address. If you were not logged into your account or provided your loyalty phone number at the time of purchase, then points cannot be added to your loyalty account. No points are provided for tickets purchased via third-party platforms, such as Fandango.

Do tickets purchased on other ticketing platforms, like Fandango, count towards my Crown Loyal points?

Only tickets purchased directly from Majestic count for Crown Loyal credit.

How do I access my rewards?

All valid rewards can be accessed by logging into your Crown Loyal account either online or through the Majestic PHX Cinema Grill app. When you earn a new reward, you will also receive an email to the address on file in your account.

How will I know when I’ve received a reward?

An email will be sent to the address on file in your Crown Loyal account notifying you of your reward. Your reward will be saved in your account for use within 30 days of notification. You can also log into your account at any time to see your point status, membership tier, and any available rewards.

How do I get my birthday ticket?

In order to earn your birthday ticket, you must provide your birth date in your Account Profile. On your birthday, you will receive an email to the address on file in your Crown Loyal account, alerting you to your free ticket. An email notification will be sent and the reward will be placed in your account.. Your reward will be saved in your account for use within 30 days of notification. You will be able to redeem your ticket online or at our box office.

Do my points reset on an annual basis?

Points are accumulated in the Crown Loyal program and never expire. As you continue buying movie tickets at Majestic, you can earn new rewards for each membership level you reach. Points do not reset at any time.

I just joined Crown Loyal. Will points from any of my prior ticket purchases be reflected in my account?

We’re very pleased to have you as a Crown Loyal member. However, any ticket purchase made before your account creation date will not be eligible for points.

Do my rewards expire?

Yes, each reward expires 30 days after it’s been issued in your account. Rewards will not be visible in your account after the expiration date. Rewards cannot be added back to your account after expiration.

Where can I find my current reward level?

Log into your account via the Majestic PHX Cinema Grill app or at www.MajesticPHX.com/loyalty to find your current reward level.

What are the levels and rewards offered by Crown Loyal?

The more tickets you purchase directly from Majestic, the more points you can earn! Earn 1 point for every movie ticket purchased. When you earn enough points to reach a new level, you receive a one-time reward for that level.

How do I redeem my rewards?

All food and beverage rewards are redeemed at the Majestic box office. You may redeem a movie ticket reward online or in person. For any rewards redeemed in person, the lobby concierge will assist you. For food and beverage rewards, the lobby concierge will print you a voucher to present to your server.

Please present the QR code for your reward to the lobby concierge. This is found by logging into your account on the app or website using your mobile device.

If you have multiple rewards, you may choose which rewards to redeem at your visit. Once redeemed, your reward must be used at the time of the visit. Rewards cannot be added back to the account if unused.

I’ve been receiving your newsletter but I don’t recall signing up? Is it tied to my Crown Loyal account?

All Crown Loyal members are automatically subscribed to the Majestic newsletter. We will include periodic loyalty updates and surprise offers exclusive to loyalty members in the newsletter, and we don’t want you to miss out!

Can I cancel my Crown Loyal membership?

Yes, you may cancel at any time. Due to data storage regulations, once you cancel your account, it cannot be reactivated or restored. If you decide to discontinue your membership in Crown Loyal, please log into your account via the app or online. Go to your profile and select the option to delete your account. Follow the steps provided. Please remember this is not a reversible action, and any data stored on your behalf will no longer be associated with your membership. All level status and rewards will be lost and cannot be reversed.

How do I update my password?

You may update your password at any time by logging into your membership account and updating the password in your profile. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click “Forgot password?” on the login screen and you will be provided with instructions to create a new password.

How do I update my personal preferences, email address and/or birthday in my Crown Loyal profile?

You can change any profile information except your birthday by logging into your membership account and updating your profile. If you need to change your birthday, please contact Majestic.

I have more than one Crown Loyal account. How do I merge them together?

Accounts cannot be merged together, but rewards are transferable. Upon earning a reward, you may transfer that reward to another Crown Loyal member.

I know I have enough points to earn a Crown Loyal reward, but I haven’t received notification. What should I do?

If you didn’t receive an email, please log into your membership account to view all current rewards, point status and membership tier. If you require additional assistance, please contact Majestic.

I have a free movie ticket voucher from Majestic. Does this voucher count towards my reward points?

Only tickets purchased at www.MajesticPHX.com while logged into your loyalty account or tickets purchased at our box office with your loyalty account phone number are eligible for reward points.

I purchased tickets but don’t have an account. How can I make sure my ticket purchase receives reward points?

As long as you provided your phone number at the time of purchase, signed up, completed registration, and confirmed your email address for Crown Loyal on the same day you purchased tickets, your purchase will receive reward points once the showtime has passed. The lobby concierge will provide you with a QR code for easy access to the Crown Loyal registration portal to complete before you leave Majestic.

I forgot to sign in to my Crown Loyal account before I purchased tickets online. How do I get points for my purchase?

You must be logged into your Crown Loyal account in order to earn points for your online ticket purchase. You will be reminded to log in during the transaction process. If you are not logged into your loyalty account at the time of purchase when buying tickets online through our App or website, no ticket purchases and/or points will be added to your account.

I hosted a private event at Majestic. I didn’t get credit for the tickets I purchased. Why?

At this time, private event bookings are not included in our reward program. However, please notify our events team that you are a Crown Loyal member as they will provide a special gift designed for our private event hosts.

How old do I have to be to join Crown Loyal?

All Majestic guests age 13 and older are eligible to join Crown Loyal.

After completing the Crown Loyal sign-up form, I received an email request to verify my email address. What happens if I don’t verify?

Your account must be activated by verifying your email address. Once your email address is verified, you will receive your FREE popcorn reward for joining Crown Loyal. Only accounts with verified email addresses will be eligible to earn points for movie ticket purchases.

At time of verification, you will also be automatically subscribed to the Majestic newsletter. We will include important loyalty updates and surprise offers exclusive to loyalty members in the newsletter, and we don’t want you to miss out!

I forgot to share my phone number with the lobby concierge when I purchased my tickets at the box office. How do I get credit for the purchase?

If a phone number is not provided at the time of purchase with the lobby concierge at the box office, then we are not able to add ticket purchases and/or points to your account. Please provide the phone number associated with your account at the time of purchase.
