On Saturday, January 31, UFC returns to Sydney Olympic Park, New South Wales, Australia for UFC 325 which will be headlined by a featherweight championship rematch between titleholder Alexander “The Great” Volkanovski and challenger Diego Lopes. The duo faced off for the vacant featherweight title last April at UFC 314 in Miami, with Volkanovski earning a unanimous decision victory to reclaim in the throne in the 145-pound weight class. Lopes subsequently put himself back at the top of the list of contenders with a second-round stoppage win over surging Brazilian Jean Silva in the main event of Noche UFC in September, setting up this epic rematch in Australia.
