Can’t make your show? Refunds are available up to 1 hour before your scheduled showtime, if you’ve purchased a ticket directly from Majestic.
To request a refund, please choose the location below where your ticket purchase is from to begin the refund process.
Majestic Refund Policy:
- To request a refund for online ticket purchases with a credit card or gift card, select your location above to begin the refund process. Refunds are available up to 1 hour before your scheduled showtime for all tickets purchased from Majestic, including online purchases and in-person purchases at the box office. No refunds or exchanges will be accommodated after that time. The refund amount will be credited back to the physical gift card or credit card.
- Online convenience fees and Crown Loyal vouchers are non-refundable. Partial refunds are not available online.
- If you purchased multiple tickets from Majestic website or app and you need a partial refund. Please contact the Majestic location for assistance. Emailed requests through our contact form should be made 8 hours prior to showtime. We are not able to issue refunds once the showtime has passed.
- Requests for refunds on tickets purchased through other platforms, such as Fandango, must be submitted to the platform where the ticket was purchased.
- Online refunds are not available for ticket purchases made at the box office in the venue. Only Majestic online transactions are eligible for online refunds. Tickets purchased from our box office are eligible for refunds 1 hour prior to the showtime.
- Purchases placed with Crown Loyal vouchers will result in the voucher being voided and it cannot be credited back to the loyalty account.
